Texan Blue Pool Service offers three West Lake Hills pool cleaning maintenance plans. Our packages are: The Signature, The Platinum, and The Partial.
The Signature (Cleaning & Maintenance Package) – This is our most popular West Lake Hills pool cleaning package. This package includes includes, but not limited too, vacuuming the pool and spa, brushing the walls, tile, and steps, skimming the surface of the pool, emptying the skimmer baskets, pump basket, cleaner bag, visual inspection of the pool equipment, backwashing the filter, chemical analysis of the water and chemicals.
*What is special about our Signature Package is not only do you receive full service cleaning you also receive (2) FREE Filter Cleans per year. Our Technician will clean your D.E. or Cartridge Filter free of charge twice a year! This is a $330 savings per year! Regular cleaning of your pool filter will ensure the most efficient and longest life possible out of your system. Also included in our Signature Package free of charge is (2) FREE Salt Cell cleans per year for our salt system pool owners. This is a $200 savings! Regular cleaning of your Salt Cell will ensure the most efficient and longest life possible out of your salt system. Salt Cells generally last 5 to 8 years when well maintained, a replacement Cell costs $500 to $1000. Also included is FREE unlimited Service Calls. When an issue arises with your pool equipment, we will send our experienced Repair Technician out to make a diagnosis. This is a savings of $95 per service call! Of course we include our No-Algae West Lake Hills guarantee!
The Platinum (Cleaning Package) – This package includes, but not limited too, vacuuming the pool and spa, brushing the walls, tile, and steps, skimming the surface of the pool, emptying the skimmer baskets, pump basket, cleaner bag, visual inspection of the pool equipment, backwashing the filter, chemical analysis of the water and chemicals.
The Partial (Chemical Only Package) – This package includes: emptying the skimmer baskets, pump basket, cleaner bag, visual inspection of the equipment, backwashing the filter and chemicals only for West Lake Hills pools.
The 23 point pool cleaning involves: emptying of your pool cleaner bags, a skim of the pool surface, filter backwash, brushing and vacuuming if necessary!
If you need your West Lake Hills pool cleaned one-time, we have just the solution you’re looking for. We offer a professional pool technician to come out and remove dirt and other debris from the pool, chemically analyze the pool water and advise you on proper chemical treatments for your pool. Our pool technician will pump the debris straight out of the pool, without using your current filtration system. In many cases trying to vacuum a substantial amount of debris from the pool using your current pool equipment, will clog your filter, damaging vital parts inside the filter and possibly the pool pump itself costing you hundreds or even thousands in repairs. To help your West Lake Hills pool remain cleaner and trouble free longer, Texan Blue Pool Service offers filter cleaning for our West Lake Hills pool owners. Regular cleaning of your pool filter will ensure the most efficient and longest life possible out of your system. When you call for a filter clean for your West Lake Hills pool, our technician will clean and inspect the filter from top to bottom. If you have a DE filter, our technician will inspect the grids for holes, tears, damage and frame break down. If you have a Cartridge filter, our technician will check all bands to make sure they are still intact and check for cracks on top and bottom of cartridges. In addition they will also rinse all debris off cartridges and grids, inspect the filter housing for any visible cracks, check the spreader plate for cracks, inspect the manifold, stand pipe, filter clamp, pressure gauge and all other O-rings for tears and warping to make sure you get the best performance possible for your West Lake Hills pool. While the technician is on site, he will also perform a visual inspection of your equipment and advise you on any issues that need your attention, (a $95 dollar value!).
